1. A credit card is required. There is no getting around this. You are not prepaying, this is how my cancellation policy is enforced, and I do enforce it.

4. I am a solo esthetician. I do not employ a receptionist. I do employ this awesome booking service though. Between school & my clients, I don't have much time to answer calls, especially those asking about the availability that is listed here. But if you must, shoot me a text, I can answer that faster that I ever could a call (I can respond while in class)
