Policies

1. No Children under 16 unless being serviced. This ensures an enoyable experience for all of us. There are a lot of chemicals & expensive equipment that can cause harm or be broken.

 

2. Credit Cards required to book. You will not be charged anything at the time of booking. However, if you cancel your appointment with 24 hrs of the appointment you will be charged 50% of the appointment.

 

3. 24 hr cancellation/reschedule. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so prior to 24 hours of your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge. 

 

4. Late Policy. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled & you will need to reschedule. The cancellation/reschedule policy applies.

 

5. I don't work on other's work. If you are getting nail services & have product on from a previous tech, it will need to be removed, to ensure quality & integrity of my work. There are a lot of businesses that state they use 1 product when in fact they are using something else. There are also some techs that use MMA acrylic although it is banned in all states. Also, if you are coming in for a lash fill & I didn't do the original set, you will need to schedule a lash consult. I will look over the work & let you know if I'm able to fill it or we will need to remove the lashes & give a full set. 

 

6. No animals. It is against state regulations to have animals in a salon. The ONLY exception is service animals. 

7. No Refunds. Time & product has been used. If you are unhappy with results please contact me within 72 hrs.
